ThioFabs with engineered cysteine residues in the constant domains (CL and CH1) should allow universal application for site-specific conjugation of antibody-Fabs.
Individual applications for site approval were sent to 132 PCTs across England, Wales and Scotland.
The company was recently granted planning permission for three housing estates in Oxford and is preparing applications for sites in Chippenham, Wiltshire, and in Gloucestershire.
