The phrase "appeared a question" is not correct in standard written English.
It is not a commonly used structure and may confuse readers. A more standard phrasing would be preferred.
Example: "During the discussion, there appeared a question about the project's timeline."
Alternatives: "a question arose" or "a question emerged".
