We show that levels of WGA-FITC-labelled PBM are strongly decreased in fukutin or fkrp MO-injected embryos in which no discernable structure of WGA-FITC-labelled Golgi apparatus was identified in the neural floor plate or notochord cells, suggesting fragmented or altered Golgi morphology in response to ER stress (Fig. 7I K).
