The phrase "anybody is doing" is not correct in standard written English.
It is typically used incorrectly; the correct form would be "anybody doing" or "anybody who is doing."
Example: "I wonder if anybody is doing the project right now."
Alternatives: "anyone is working" or "anybody who is working."
