Depending on the flight schedules for 2014 Basecamp Explorer will, if necessary, accommodate the prize winner for any additional accommodation required in Longyearbyen at Trapper's Hotel, where the adventure starts at the end and/or at the beginning of the trip (meals not included).
For the avoidance of doubt, the prize excludes all other costs including but not limited to food and drink, any additional accommodation or travel, any inoculation and/or vaccination costs, hotel supplementary charges, VISA applications and any insurance, including but not limited to travel and medical insurance, unless otherwise stated.
The student will receive an additional accommodation letter for the Department Logistical Coordinator for each course s/he has indicated on the Accommodation Form.
The growth is characterized by a growth transformation gradient, which is accompanied by an additional accommodation transformation, so that the total transformation gradient defines a compatible global displacement field.
