The phrase "antiquated on" is not a correct or commonly used phrase in English
It is possible that someone might use it in spoken language, but it would not be considered grammatically correct or widely accepted in written English. Example: "I bought this book from an antiquated on store in the old part of town." This sentence could be rewritten as "I bought this book from an old-fashioned store in the historic district."
