When we used only the "have you ever had knee pain" question (score 0) or even with score 1 ("have you ever had knee pain" and another positive question) a very low sensitivity was reached (9.3% and 8.3%, respectively) and we obtained a low discrimination ability (positive likelihood ratio of 0.80 and 0.91).
