The phrase "another administration that" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing a different government or organizational leadership that is being compared to a previous one.
Example: "Another administration that prioritized environmental policies has taken office, promising to address climate change more aggressively."
Alternatives: "a different administration that" or "another government that".
If this government can not deliver it Nigerians will chose another administration that will.
And, so, my fellow Americans, we cannot afford another administration that lies to get their way, eventually the truth catches up, and YOU are the ones that suffer.
