The dataset includes Big Five personality annotations obtained by crowdsourcing.
The SAXSDs are obtained by injecting semantical annotations obtained from the Message Models into the XSD schemas generated using JAXB.

As far as we know, there has not been a comparison of valence annotations obtained with different methods, which is probably a result of these methods being used by separate populations of researchers.

A concept cluster map for all 3D printing literature was generated by applying the PubPlus [8] software to the entire cohort of papers and their associated MeSH annotations obtained directly from PubMed as a result of the search and selection above.
Table 1 shows the number of predicted annotations obtained with the various combinations, together with an estimate of the PFP obtained as explained in the Methods section.
