The difference in survival develops after animals have reached an age of >65 weeks and is statistically significant for the comparison of Mcph1gt/gt and wt animals (log rank test χ2 = 4.1818, P = 0.0409) as well as the comparison of Mcph1gt/gt and heterozygous animals (log rank test χ2 = 10.1002, P = 0.0015, Figure 2D).
The median survival of TTFields treated animals was 70 days which is significantly longer than the 57 days of the control animals (Log-Rank test; P < 0.05).
No significant differences in mean, median, maximum (90%) longevities, or total curve survival (Tables S2 and S3, Supporting Information) were observed comparing control and AT-treated animals (log-rank and Wilcoxon tests).
