The phrase "angle viewpoint" is not correct in standard written English.
It seems to be a combination of two separate concepts, "angle" and "viewpoint," which should not be used together in this way. An example of a correct usage would be: "From my viewpoint, the angle of the photograph is quite interesting."
Alternatives: "perspective" or "point of view."
