The phrase "and so you keep" is not standard in written English and may be confusing without context.
It could be used in a context where someone is explaining a continuous action or behavior, but it requires additional information to clarify its meaning.
Example: "You’ve been working hard on this project, and so you keep pushing yourself to meet the deadline."
Alternatives: "and thus you continue" or "and therefore you persist".
