The phrase "and so are probably" is not correct as it stands and may need rephrasing for clarity in written English.
It can be used when you want to suggest that something is likely true about a subject that has been previously mentioned, but it should be part of a complete sentence.
Example: "The results of the experiment were inconclusive, and so are probably the findings from similar studies."
Alternatives: "and likely so are" or "and probably so are".
