The phrase "and rather more of" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to indicate an increase or greater degree of something in comparison to another element.
Example: "The project requires not just creativity, but rather more of a collaborative effort to succeed."
Alternatives: "and significantly more of" or "and quite a bit more of".
