Data pertaining to employment status and occupation will be collected by all individuals who will agree to participate in the study.
Socio-demographic information such as maternal and paternal education and occupation will be collected using a baseline parent questionnaire (see Additional file 1).
To measure the patients' socioeconomic status and to gather sociodemographic data, questions about age, sex, nationality, marital status, education, professional qualifications and occupation will be recorded.
