The phrase "and multiple groups have" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing findings, actions, or characteristics that involve several groups in a particular context.
Example: "The research indicates that the new policy has been effective, and multiple groups have reported positive outcomes."
Alternatives: "and several organizations have" or "and various teams have".
