Former Malaysian prime minister Mahathir Mohamad is suing the current premier Najib Razak for corruption and misfeasance in public office, according to a statement from his law firm.
The men, including that most prolific source of controversial litigation, Binyam Mohamed, have not been charged with any offences and are now pursuing claims for a range of civil wrongs, including torture, false imprisonment and misfeasance in public office.
