The phrase "and likewise about" is not standard in written English and may cause confusion.
It could be used when drawing a parallel or making a similar point about a previously mentioned topic, but it is better to use clearer alternatives.
Example: "The report discusses the economic impact of the policy, and likewise about its social implications."
Alternatives: "and similarly regarding" or "and also concerning".
