The phrase "and anyway needed" is not correct in standard written English.
It seems to be an attempt to convey that something is required regardless of other considerations, but it lacks clarity and proper structure.
Example: "I don't think we should go, but the supplies are and anyway needed for the project."
Alternatives: "and still necessary" or "and required regardless".
