The geNorm and NormFinder algorithms were applied to analyze the expression data for the housekeeping genes (HKGs) β-actin (ACTB), glyceraldehyde phosphate dehydrogenase (GAPDH), cyclophilin B/peptidylprolyl isomerase B (CYPB/PPIB), and hypoxanthine phosphoribosyltransferase 1 (HPRT1), both independently for each of the tested groups and on all the data considered collectively (Table 1).
