The phrase "and again nothing" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to express a sense of repetition or futility, often in a context where one expects something to happen but it does not.
Example: "After waiting for hours, I checked my email, and again nothing had arrived."
Alternatives: "once more nothing" or "yet again nothing".
(And again nothing on the other sciences).
