The phrase "and active detection of" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts where you are discussing the process of identifying or discovering something in a proactive manner.
Example: "The system is designed for real-time monitoring and active detection of potential security threats."
Alternatives: "and proactive identification of" or "and dynamic detection of".
