The phrase "ancestry data not shown" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts where you want to indicate that information regarding ancestry data is not available or has not been displayed.
Example: "Due to privacy concerns, ancestry data not shown in this report."
Alternatives: "ancestry information omitted" or "ancestry details not displayed".
