The phrase "analyze alternatively" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when suggesting different methods or perspectives for analysis.
Example: "To gain a comprehensive understanding of the issue, we should analyze alternatively, considering both the quantitative and qualitative data."
Alternatives: "examine from another angle" or "assess in a different way".
