The phrase "analysis using a significant" is not complete and lacks clarity in written English.
It can be used when discussing a method of analysis that incorporates significant factors or variables, but it needs additional context to be fully understood.
Example: "The analysis using a significant variable revealed important trends in the data."
Alternatives: "analysis incorporating a significant" or "analysis employing a significant".
