The phrase "analysis of topics" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing the examination or evaluation of various subjects or themes in a particular context, such as research, essays, or discussions.
Example: "The analysis of topics covered in the seminar revealed several key trends in the industry."
Alternatives: "examination of subjects" or "evaluation of themes."
