Next, we tested the space-time analysis of the TB data from 1999 to 2004.
We also performed enrichment analysis of the TB signature using MSigDB canonical pathway database and GlobalTest package [ 37, 38].
(G ) Quantitative analysis of the TB forms of CaMV-P2-TC in aphid-infested tissue reveals the absence of Tub+|TBs and mixed-networks, both close to salivary sheaths (0 15 μm) and farther away (15 100 μm).
These 22 TB suspects are excluded from the analysis Of the 272 TB suspects 37 (13.6%) provided three good quality sputum samples, 90 (33.1%) provided at least one good sample, and 203 (74.6%) provided 3 sputum samples.

This idea was supported by our molecular-based analysis of the XDR TB isolates, which demonstrated that resistance to a fluoroquinolone had been acquired independently on several different occasions (several different gyrA mutations were observed), followed by amplification through transmission (clustering of XDR phenotypes was observed).
Indeterminate results were excluded from the analysis of the ICT-TB test performance.
Analysis of the 55 MDR/XDR TB cases showed that MDR/XDR TB was more frequent among younger patients, previously treated patients, and foreign-born patients than among patients with drug-susceptible TB (Table 1).
Based on the univariate analysis, the characteristics of the TB patients associated with mortality during anti-TB treatment were age 30 44 years, age 45 59 years, age 60 74 years, age ≥ 75 years, male sex, being a retreatment case, the presence of a cavity on the initial chest radiograph, sputum smear positivity, and the presence of a comorbidity (Table 2).

The ROC analysis of the LTBI and TB compared to the CTRL provided an AUC of only 0.70 (95% IC: 0.55 0.84) for LTBI and of 0.81 (95% IC: 0.70 0.91) for TB (Fig. 1D), compared to 0.89 and 0.80, respectively, obtained for the PPD-induced IFN-γ secretions.
