The phrase "analysis of intention" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts where one is examining or interpreting the motives or purposes behind actions or statements.
Example: "The analysis of intention in the author's work reveals deeper themes of conflict and resolution."
Alternatives: "examination of purpose" or "study of motives."
