The phrase "analysis of imputation" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts related to statistics, data science, or research where one is examining or evaluating the process of imputation, which is filling in missing data.
Example: "The analysis of imputation revealed significant biases in the dataset that needed to be addressed before proceeding with the study."
Alternatives: "evaluation of imputation" or "examination of imputation".
Genome-wide analysis of imputation accuracy also allowed misplaced SNP to be identified.
