The phrase "analysis of a case" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts such as legal discussions, academic papers, or business evaluations where a specific case is being examined in detail.
Example: "The analysis of a case revealed several key factors that contributed to the outcome of the trial."
Alternatives: "case study" or "case examination".
