Field-based analyses of the tasks and demands of Soldiers performing typical tasks of 101st Soldiers were performed to develop 101st-specific laboratory testing and to assist with the design of the intervention (Eagle Tactical Athlete Program (ETAP)).
Together with other groups, we were invited by the task organizers to provide automatically generated analyses of the shared task data (12).
Wine and spirits are considered separately in the analyses of the pouring task as many (64%) participants poured both drinks.
The analyses of the control task for the left and right DLPFC revealed neither significant main effects of group nor significant main effects of time.
For the left DLPFC, the analyses of the phonological task showed a significant main effect of group (F2, 63 = 5.32, P = 0.007 (<0.0167, BH-corrected)).
Data from 2 additional participants were excluded from the analyses of the discrimination task due to negative d′ values when discriminating between-category pairs (see below).
Group analyses of the PR task vs. rest contrast revealed increases in BOLD signal intensity bilaterally in the PFC, (BA 8, 9, 10, 11, 45, 46 and 47).

Thus, data from 20 participants were included in the analyses of the categorization task (n = 20, 7 males, mean age of 21.85 ± 3.53), and data from 18 participants were included in the analysis of the discrimination task (n = 18, 6 males, mean age of 22.0 ± 3.66 SD) in the lip experiment.
