The phrase "analyses of the sorted" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing the examination or evaluation of data that has been organized or arranged in a specific order.
Example: "The analyses of the sorted data revealed significant trends that were not apparent in the unorganized set."
Alternatives: "evaluations of the ordered" or "examinations of the arranged".
