The phrase "an unrepeatable event" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to describe an occurrence that is unique and cannot be replicated or experienced again.
Example: "The concert was truly an unrepeatable event, as the band had reunited for one night only."
Alternatives: "a one-time occurrence" or "a singular event".
