A unique accession of O. nivara 336676 showing tolerance only up to tenth day of applying the stress separated in a different haplotype indicating that it is possibly following some different tolerance mechanism which breaks down beyond 10 days of stress.
The antigen information table consists of HPVACC (a unique accession number), date, last updated date, antigen name, full name, virus genotype, UniProt ID, UniProt status (reviewed or unreviewed), sequence status (complete or fragment), a list of T cell epitopes and HLA ligands of the antigen with references, antigen amino acid sequence and the embedded HLA binding prediction tool.

These blast matches correspond to 17,707 different unique accession numbers, of which 2,331 were each matched by multiple queries without overlap.

Based on the collection records, the study set of 380 unique accessions consisted of 306 genotypes of V. vinifera subsp. sativa, 40 accessions of V. vinifera subsp. sylvestris, and 34 accessions of Vitis species from northern Pakistan, Afghanistan and China.
