Explanatory accounts comprise configurations of context (the contingencies on which programme changes are dependent), mechanism (the changes that are brought about through a programme) and outcomes (programme impacts).
The finding from Table 3 is that entrepreneurial learning is thought predominately cognitive and organisational (support of hypothesis H3c); and thus, it has been under-researched towards its significance as an outcome in educational programmes especially when such programmes aim to focus on innovative entrepreneurship.
