The phrase "an ok" is not correct in standard written English.
You can use "ok" as an adjective, but it should be preceded by "an" only when it is pronounced with a vowel sound, which is not the case here.
Example: "I received an okay response to my proposal."
Alternatives: "an acceptable" or "a satisfactory".
