The phrase "an obstacle of" is not commonly used in written English and may sound awkward.
It can be used when describing something that serves as a hindrance or barrier to achieving a goal, but it is more typical to use "an obstacle to" instead.
Example: "The lack of funding is an obstacle to the project's success."
Alternatives: "a barrier to" or "a hindrance to".
