The phrase "an objective memory" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used when discussing a memory that is unbiased or factual, often in contexts related to psychology, philosophy, or personal reflection.
Example: "In therapy, we often strive to access an objective memory of past events to better understand our feelings and reactions."
Alternatives: "a factual recollection" or "an unbiased memory".
Coming back to Austria, one reason why it has come to this extreme situation is perhaps that this country does not have a sufficiently objective memory of the past.
