The phrase "an objective attention" is not correct in standard written English.
It is typically used to describe a type of attention that is impartial or unbiased, but the phrase itself is awkward and not commonly used.
Example: "In order to evaluate the situation fairly, we must approach it with an objective attention to detail."
Alternatives: "impartial focus" or "unbiased observation".
