The article focuses on two important conceptual issues that appear to need further development by both S-D logic and IMP researchers: Firstly, the identity and characteristics of the business actor in an interacted business landscape and second, the nature of value and its creation and delivery.
Specifically, a type A cell provides energy a to an interacted type A cell and provides energy b to an interacted type C cell.
A type C cell provides energy c to an interacted type A cell and d to an interacted type C cell.
After the simulations of withaferin A-LPKC complex, withaferin A interacted with Ala713 via H-bonds and with Leu704, Thr712, Met728, Glu729, Ala731, Gln735, Thr781, Ala783, Cys789 and Asp790 by hydrophobic intractions [Figure 8A].

Considering that genes with co-occurring mutations tend to be functionally related, as revealed above, this result suggests that genes in a densely interacted local network structure (i.e., genes with many mutual interactions) tend to be more robust against errors (e.g., mutations) and have smaller lethality than those in a sparsely interacted local network structure.
