The phrase "an ingenuity of" is not commonly used in written English and may sound awkward.
It could be used when referring to a specific type or instance of ingenuity, but it is more typical to use "ingenuity" without the article "an."
Example: "The project showcased an ingenuity of design that impressed everyone involved."
Alternatives: "a cleverness of" or "a creativity of".
