Despite the complex issues and challenges surrounding the transition from pediatric to adult care for patients with OI and their families, clinicians, and healthcare managers, there is currently a lack of evaluative research on existing transition programs [ 10, 11].
The specific objectives of this stage were to identify existing transition protocols within CAHMS in Greater London; to conduct a content analysis of these protocols and to determine the annual transition rates from CAHMS to AHMS.
