Mouse neuro 2A (neuroblastomastoma cells express both Paupar (at an average level of approximately 15 copies per cell [Supplementary Fig S1B]) and Pax6, but not Pax6OS1 (Supplementary Fig S1C), and are widely used as an in vitro model of neuronal differentiation.
