To compare the eradication rates among the different point mutations and the efficacy of triple therapy and a sequential regimen according to genotypic resistance.
To assess statistically significant differences among the different test points compared to the control point, during each period, the Kruskal-Wallis test was used followed by the Dunn multiple comparisons test.

The distribution of the 5244 differentially expressed (DE) genes shared among the different time points and those unique to each time point are shown as a Venn diagram in Figure 2.
