The phrase "amendment change" is not standard in written English and may cause confusion.
It could be used in contexts discussing changes to amendments, but it is better to clarify the intended meaning.
Example: "The proposed amendment change will be voted on next week."
Alternatives: "amendment modification" or "change to the amendment".
