NEW DISPUTE -- Republicans were allowed to amend applications for absentee ballots in Seminole County, Fla., Democrats say.
The F.D.A. said it had restricted its decision to Plan B One-Step because the manufacturer, Teva Pharmaceuticals, filed an amended application to lower the age of availability to 15.
Acceptance of an application or amended application for a Cooperative Agreement does not ensure funding by EDA.
Mike Hopkins, executive director of the Maryland Racing Commission, said Saturday that stewards at Pimlico Race Course contacted Elliott and asked him to submit an amended application to ride in Maryland.
If the Administrator does not grant or deny the application within 21 days of its receipt, or in the case of an amended application, within 7 days of its receipt, the application shall be deemed approved and the applicant may proceed.
The applicant shall be accorded an opportunity to amend the application, with the Administrator either granting or denying the amended application within 7 days of its receipt.
Final certification would be conditional upon filing of an amended application (if necessary).
For purposes of the preceding sentence, if a corrected or amended first application is filed, such application shall not be considered as a separate application, and the 15-day period referred to in subparagraph (A) shall commence with receipt of the corrected or amended application.
"The mission of the proposed gTLD,.search, is to provide a domain name space that makes it easier for Internet users to locate and make use of the search functionality of their choice," Google writes in its amended application.
The amended application has, so far, been marked as "disapproved" in the city's online records.
