Sentence examples for always and often from inspiring English sources

The phrase "always and often" is not correct and usable in written English as it presents a contradiction.
You can use it when trying to express two different frequencies of occurrence, but it may confuse the reader.
Example: "She is always late to meetings, but she often apologizes for it."
Alternatives: "frequently and consistently" or "regularly and invariably".
