The phrase "although it was reasonably" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used to introduce a contrast or exception regarding a situation that was considered acceptable or satisfactory to some extent.
Example: "Although it was reasonably priced, many customers still chose to shop elsewhere."
Alternatives: "even though it was fairly" or "despite being somewhat".
