The phrase "alternative regimens available" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts where you are discussing different treatment plans or methods that can be chosen instead of the standard options.
Example: "For patients who do not respond to the first-line treatment, there are several alternative regimens available that may be more effective."
Alternatives: "different treatment options accessible" or "various treatment plans offered".
In this perspective, the present study was designed to document the existence of ESBL, MBL and AmpC-production in clinical isolates of multi-drug and extensively-drug resistant E. coli and to determine whether any alternative regimens are available to treat them.
