The phrase "alternative page" is correct and usable in written English.
It can be used in contexts where you are referring to a different version or option of a webpage or document.
Example: "If the main page is not loading, you can visit the alternative page for more information."
Alternatives: "substitute page" or "replacement page".
This alternative page can then be "spoken" with screen reading software.
For each page which contains images, provide a text-only alternative page.
